Strike Opinion

Just curious what you folks that are pros at this think about this penny. Would this be concidered a mis-strike? Anybhelp is appreciated.

It's a filled die. The raised area on a coin is a recessed area on the die which was used to strike it. If that recessed area is filled with something, like grease, that part of the design will not strike up.
When I was hoarding all of the 1943 steel cents I could find in the 1960s, as a kid, I noted that a number of them had letters and digits in the date that were weak or missing. It’s not unusual and not worth a premium in my opinion.
