Presidential coin error.

I am wondering if you have ever seen an error like this one. I found it last night on a circulated coin. I'm calling it the presidential zombie coin.

I uploaded pictures, but I don't see them.
No, never.
This one right here..........

"When they can't find anything wrong with you, they create it!"
how about a flip side pic?
Wayne
Kennedys are my quest...
Not an error, that is called a hobo coin and has been retooled after it left the mint.
You can buy many different versions in different denominations on eBay.
Basically it is a damaged dollar.
Abe Lincoln, Vampire Hunter?
It's a fake hobo coin, since the modern ones don't count.
The substantial truth doctrine is an important defense in defamation law that allows individuals to avoid liability if the gist of their statement was true.
Let me try to upload it again.

This coin is straight out circulation. Unlike the hobo coin.
.
That is a fairly Large Struck Through ( probably grease)
and would be considered an error.
Is that coin inside a holder of some kind?
My first reaction was struck-through, but I think i see a surface disruption on the reverse opposite the area on the obverse. (Then there is the rim issue).
JBK I think you're right. It does look like an impact to the coin, as there's a flat spot opposite side of the indent.

What do you think about this one? The "crack" is raised off of the 1979-D half dollar. I would think that indicates a cracked die, but I can't find any discussion about a similar coin out there.

That appears to be a scratch on the half dollar to me. When there is a scratch there is a corresponding ridge of displaced metal alongside the scratch making it appear raised.
