PCGS Online Support Form

I had a question about a possible overcharge on a PCGS invoice and uploaded the invoice with my inquiry on the PCGS support form. I'm on the second business day without receiving a response. Does anybody have an experience regarding how long it takes PCGS to respond to inquiry using their online support service?

I recommend you call them if you are seeking a quick resolution.

Nothing is as expensive as free money.

  • One might think that would work but it's been hours since I called them and have not received a call back. I called again and instead of requesting a call back I've been on hold for an hour. Wonder if I'll be on hold all day!

I should have said “relatively quick”. I submitted a support request for something three weeks ago, and haven’t received a reply at all. Better to talk to a live person, especially with the urgency that it sounds like you’re expecting.

Give them at least a week.

I thought this thread would be about how the support form doesn't have a complete list of contact reasons so you have to choose "Order Status" for something like "You used the wrong first strike label" or "You called this Sac Dollar Pos A instead of Pos B."

Day two seems a bit soon to be creating a discussion

My somewhat recent experience calling them......
YES, you WILL be on hold "all day". I was on hold around 2+ hours a month or so ago and finally gave up. I was doing other things in the background, so it wasn't a waste of time, but was irritating.

A few days later, I did the call back, and actually got a cool representative calling me back about 3-4 hours later....while I was at the bank doing some transactions so it wasn't super convenient but I made it work.

I recommend doing the callback, again, since you have tried it once.

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

And especially avoid talking with a dead person when calling! ;)
