Time is up. There were some close guesses, but none were exactly right. There was really no skill that could be used for this one - only a lucky guess would get it. The closest was Aspie_Rocco at "64" and Copperindian at "PR66". If I interpret the rules correctly an answer of "64" would not win because it doesn't indicate "MS" or "PR" (please correct me if I am wrong).
I will post another momentarily ...
.
PS:
What looks like a "stain" above and below the Eagle is just a stray reflection.
Last year I was able to purchase the collection of a friend of a friend. It included a complete collection of Morgan Dollars (except no 1895 proof). None of the coins were certified. I was happy for them (and for me !) that their 1893-S was totally original and free of damage and marks.
Since VF 35 is taken, I’m split between VF30 which I think is too low, or XF 40 which may be correct. So then I think XF40, and a very presentable example.
VF30 it is, although I think it is worth more than what that grade would usually sell for (I am not planning on selling it, however). @jeffersonFrog is correct.

That is a very nice coin @dcarr. You have an eye for quality.
You got it!
The board has met to consider your fate, as you posted a few hours after the other, harsh penalties were recommended but I made it all moot, my defense was you love this roulette and are so active here.
I won this case. So it's yours

I'll take the 30 then ...
If we were all the same, the world would be an incredibly boring place.

@marcmoish is correct (and first). @4Redisin is also correct (but not first).
Wow, would never have thought it to be anything other than uncirculated. Looks 63/64 unc. Zack
Soon as I saw it, I hesitated, as others were well into MS territory 63 to 66... @dcarr , solid example to put up.
Ok here we go.
Sorry for clips on reverse, it's not, it's just my horrible editing skills 🫣
