Depends on when it was graded yesterday would’ve brought a 67+ today would bring a 64.
Actually, I see it as the other way around. Yesterday(yesteryear), it may bring a 64. And today, perhaps a 67 due to gradeflation & 'Market acceptable' conditions?

Sometimes the photos provided are tough to judge, as they're 1-2 dimensional, and you can’t shift the lighting angle.
Also, eye appeal & toning can skew an opinion to grade higher?..

@pcgsregistrycollector you got it on your second try so I'm not sure how the rules are supposed work, but I don't know if that qualifies as a "win" per se , so I'm just gonna post another coin
But yes, 64+ DCAM CAC with rich original toning, coin is borderline gem but probably wouldn't look out of place in a 65dcam holder. Pop 1/3 at pcgs, this color on proof gold drives me nuts.

15-20 years ago toning wasn’t as “market Acceptable” as it is today?
