63-66 has been taken. I don't think this reaches MS-67, so I'll put my guess at MS-62.

Bingo. I've owned this coin for about 15 years. It has an ANACS photo cert graded MS63/63. The first time I submitted this to PCGS it came back Questionable color. Color? I was like what color. Second time it came back 64+.
