Sorry, but it’s damaged, and not a mint error.
Another coin was pressed into it – that’s why you see the letters, etc. incused(backwards)
Spend it
what how is that possible you make a video of you taking another coin and pressing it against it and ill believe that
Why don't you provide a video or even just a written explanation of how that could have happened during the minting process?
No video needed - just thinking, observation, and common sense.
A video such as you suggested would end with the result of the coin that you have posted.
(referring to the OP not JBK)
Here we go again.
It’s not an error; therefore it’s worth 1C.

One of life's imponderables is that people come on forums full of actual experts, and ask a question (presumably because of said experts), then argue with said experts.
New flash: People are trying to help you; being pissy because you don't understand isn't a good way to get people to continue to help you.
Oy Vey!
@FredWeinberg is the foremost error expert in the world. You may accept his valuable, though free, opinion or not.
Could you explain how it is possible to strike a coin with the letters reversed? Answer: brockage, which looks different, but is also made by pressing a coin against a coin.
You can do the experiment at home. You don't need us to do the work for you. Take a vice and two coins. Put leather in the vice to minimize damage on the other side. Then put the coins between the leather and squeeze. These coins are often referred to as "vice jobs" in the hobby. Why would we have a term for something that couldn't be done.
Someone made a boomboom. 💩
I use to make these as a kid. I would take a roll and shoot it with a 357. Coins would go flying and the top ones destroyed but the rest of the roll would be really cool. I grew up in the country with no cable and barely any TV so we had to create our own fun.
