Why not message them on eBay?
If they are members I would prefer to talk to them about a multi coin deal here - better deals for both of us
Send them your handle here, and ask them to contact you on the PCGS Coin Forum. If they know, they'll either contact you, or they don't want to deal off eBay

eBay won't like it if you use eBay to arrange a deal outside of eBay.

Chances are slim but not zero that EBay could penalize the dealers so that’s why I opted to ask here. One of the dealers did reach out to me here - so far so good!

I've done it to discuss a coin or piece of currency. The messages go through and sometimes I hear back.
I don't use eBay to arrange any off-site deals.
I use their message system to open communications I don't have otherwise.
We're all part of the same hobby/business.

I find that the smarter dealers have enough information in their store and listings that I can identify them and approach them through their web site without leaving ANY trails on fleaBay.
