I have a signed Kobe & Shaq photograph I don’t know what to do with

I’m totally new to this world… and I want to sell this “behind the back pass” autographed 8x10 photograph. It has the officially licensed decal but nothing else.
What’s the best way to proceed with it since I’m starting from scratch. I don’t know the value, authenticity, etc.

the holographic logo simply means the picture itself is officially licensed; has nothing to do with the autographs (good or not)

The autographs need to be authenticated to maximize value. If they are real, you'll be leaving a lot of money on the table for someone else.
