Annual PSA/DNA Discounted Bulk Submission Autograph Grading, Encapsulation, & "Flat" Authentication

We received approval to continue our bulk PSA/DNA submissions for January 2025. No card grading/authentication can be done in this submission - autographs only. With the dual service authentication PSA offers, that means licensed cards will be labeled as a trading card in the flips.

As many of you are aware, PSA is no longer slabbing custom cards. What I’ve been told is that each authenticator has the discretion on slabbing the item. If it is obvious the card was made to mimic a real card, odds are it will not get slabbed. If it is a custom card that does not look like a licensed card, there is a chance (but not a guarantee) that it’ll be slabbed. You are free to submit the items, and if PSA doesn’t slab them because they are custom, you’ll receive a refund of the charges.

There will be two kinds of submissions – a submission to authenticate and encapsulate your item, and another submission to authenticate your flat items up to 8.5” x 11” (meaning you get a PSA/DNA sticker with serial number. Matching cards no longer exist).

PM me for pricing details. PSA prefers that I don't publicly disclose my pricing agreement.

Normal Authentication Fees can be found here - so you know how much your item will cost to have authenticated when you get my pricing:
PSA Pricing

You are responsible for the fee above, shipping your items to me, and then exact return shipping once we get the submission back.

If you want to grade an autograph, please put a post it note with “Auto Grade” on the card saver:

Here is a link to the previous submission I had as well as links to 10 or so others I did from there as well.
Prior Subs

**ALL ITEMS MUST BE IN CARD SAVERS. IF YOU DON'T HAVE THEM I CAN PROVIDE THEM FOR $.20 CARD SAVER I AND $.25 CARD SAVER IV A PIECE. IF SUBMITTING PHOTOS A SHEET PROTECTOR OR THREE RING BINDER PAGE WILL SUFFICE **

Please feel free to sign up and PM me when you are ready to send items in. I will be sending items to PSA as I get them in quantities of 600. So the sooner you get your items to me, the sooner you should receive them back. The deadline to get items to me is January 18, 2025 this year since we are getting an earlier start than normal.

I assume a 3x5 cut will be slabbed and not just stickered. Double-checking.

    Two announcements this morning.

    1) The first 600 items (4 subs) of standard sized holders will be going to PSA tomorrow. We do not have any complete tall boy, authentication only, or oversized holder subs, so for now those will still accumulate until we do.

    2) This week marks my final semester test week as an adjunct instructor. After 15 years of teaching accounting on the side, this will be my final week so I can further dedicate hours to my "normal" job. In the past I purposely timed these subs to be after school and before tax season ramped up.

Going forward, the timing of these subs will be changing to August/September. That way I won't have to wait to hear from PSA what the next year's pricing will be prior to starting this thread. Hopefully that also helps with those who struggle coming up with extra funds because of the holiday season. So in 2025, there will be another sub in that August to September timeframe as we shift gears going forward.
