In your first 2 photos, there is a color pattern where the center of the letters ERVICE and UNITE have a darker color than the outer edges.
For doubling, you want to see a second outline on one side or top/bottom with a second outline of the letter offset from the first outline.
(from https://doubleddie.com/58222.html ) And for a "doubled die", ideally you also want to see separation at the tip of the letter.
