Bulk Submission and Trueview

The way I read the Bulk Submission information on the PCGS website it sounds like Trueview is not an option. Can anyone confirm or deny this?
For those who don't want to read the whole thread I'm editing my original post:
TrueView service is not an option for Member Bulk submissions.

That's interesting, my question has been viewed over 50X and no reply. Seems like I'm not alone in the dark here.
I would say they do not offer TrueView on bulk submissions.
Bulk means a lot of coins graded at low rates.
TrueView would add too much extra time and cost to be feasible, IMHO.
No Bulk service level mentioned.
edited to add: Have you considered calling PCGS? You would have had your answer by now.
Almost certain TV is not an option for bulk, but a phone call will get you a correct answer.

I'll send an email to customer service and ask. It doesn't make sense to me that they wouldn't since TrueView service happens after the coin is graded. Once the bulk grading is done, the coins that made the grade need to be encapsulated, allowing TrueView would just allow them to make $5 more per coin.
I don't like to bother them if it isn't necessary. I'm not planning on a bulk submission till January, and if anyone here had made a bulk submission with Trueview, that would have actually been more useful since they would have more info about the process than a customer service yes or no answer.
Goldbully is right on this. Bulk rates are minimal, and it doesn't make sense for a True View option. You might call them if you're sending in a roll of Unc. RD late 1950s Lincoln Cents, and ask if they can do a True View on one that gets into a MS 67 holder (I'll tell you right now that won't happen). That would make sense for you, but given the minimal amount of time they spend on these coins, I doubt this would work for them.

I did it once when it was a collectors club special and only needed 20 coins. I see no need of having 100 of the same thing. Check out these pages if you have not already. I see I broke a 'rule' as I did a roll of IKES. Some of submission procedures are clearly different like submitting in tubes - no flips or other holders.

I would say getting True View would be somewhere between slim and none, leaning towards none. For the top couple you want pictures of, you will probably need to resubmit and re-holder under GoldShield. Same if you want to add a variety.
Just spoke with PCGS CS.
See the links above from @davewesen. For the bulk submission program available to 'collectors club' members, TV images are not an option.
FWIW, I never thought I could cherry-pick which coins got True View; it would be all-or-nothing for the coins that passed muster. If, as MetroD claims, they do not allow True View to be added to bulk submissions, it doesn't make a lot of sense unless True View is a loss leader and they don't make any money from taking the pictures—which at $5/pop may very well be the case. I would just take Metro's word for it, but since I have an email request for verification - I'll wait for their reply just to be sure.
I just received my official email; they don't let us plebs add TrueView to bulk orders. I guess TrueView as a service isn't a money maker.
I would be shocked if it were an option for dealer bulk submissions.

Do you remember when TrueView images were $10?
