Interesting PCGS Gen 3.0 holder or not?

Does anyone have information on this variant of the 3.0 holder with paper around the coin? This is from an upcoming HA event and the holder is noted as a green PCGS label holder so the white balance may just be off making it appear yellow. Thanks.

That is a normal 3.0 holder, and the gasket surrounding the coin can turn yellow. I've seen many OGH 3.0s with a yellow-hued gasket. No paper or anything special about this unless people want to start collecting all the different colors

PCGS green labels have had some interesting variations over time. The labels have stayed green. Or turned yellow. Or turned blue.
The gasket has stayed clear. Or turned yellow.
And of course, the reverse hologram has suffered numerous stickers over the years.

The Gen3 holder gasket is well known for changing color, yellow and green are the most common.

Seen many / sadly once pvc haze kicks in…tuition time.
I have no further interest in bidding on it, so I saved some tuition money by asking before doing.
