The first thing without even really looking at the design that caught my eye is the fact that the front is slick (but still raised well above the field) and that back has near xf/au+ detail.

I read the description as being negative to certification.

"The coin was minted in Philadelphia, United States, and has not been certified, making it a great addition to any collection."
