Here is a reverse shot of one on the bay of e...looking at the listing it they are in a nice 3 coin/slab (86,87 and 88) rosewood type box so I suspect it was one of those HSN or TV coin show issues. That does not answer the OP's question of course but might be helpful somehow!

Appear to be struck at the Nevada State Museum on original coin press #1. I've seen these dated 2014 and 2015.
