I'll take a closer look at this part
You can clearly see the seam to join the reverse halves of two quarters along the inner portion of the rim all around the first full reverse photo.

Keep as a novelty but has no numismatic premium.
You can hide your blotter LSD inside it.
Most of these two-headed or two-tailed coins are simply novelties - they aren't intended to be opened.
Ones with different coins on each side (or inside) are usually the magician's coins.
Just a flipping coin for winning coin tosses. Once saw a BU partial roll of two-tailed nickels in some dealer's stock. He sold them for a few dollars each.
