Is this a die crack?

Raised line that runs from head through the R in trust it's hard to see in pic but it goes to the rim.

    Yes, it is a common die crack. It is known as a “ Spike Head”

    Yes.
    I find a lot of minor die cracks on the shield cent especially on the reverse.
    I have not found any major ones, but you never know.
