Still have some Token and Medal Collections

Some of these are massive and I can sell cheap.

I'll even split some up but they won't be as cheap this way.

It's a lot of people, place, and events especially world's fair, Kennedy, Lindberg, and space.

There are lots of token collections as well. Not many coal or lumber tokens but most other stuff. All the good fors are gone except IN, IL, and MI but there are a few rarities here (MI especially).

The silver is mostly FM with a smattering of Danbury mint and oddballs. I'm trying very hard to not melt medals that are rare or more desirable. But many have popular themes. At this premium I figured collectors might take a chance.

I'm less motivated to sell the silver at these lower prices but might.

Ok, I'll take them all for $12 with free shipping. Deal?
Or you could offer photos obv/rev and asking price. You might make more this way.

Not enough to do much with. Might be a couple hundred mostly bicentennial and coin club spread out thrrough dozens of collections.

There are a lot more encased with a lot of different types of irradiated dimes.

Combined with elongated it might be worth the trouble.

Almost none. I always passed these along when I found them. > @Relaxn said:

Not too much good stuff and these are spread out as well across many collections.

It'd be easier to toss them in the trash. I won't just give these away. I got everything at very favorable prices but expended thousands of hours and many thousands of dollars in postage and packaging. My costs are low enough I could almost throw most of it away.

I'm really not sure how to proceed but pictures are difficult because i have to relearn it every time and there's a lot.

I'd rather just sell collections like mardi gras, amusement token, or JFK. I know more valuable collections like world's fair will need special treatment but these are locked away right now anyway.

I can describe collections. Like a 4500 pc amusement token collection is going to look a lot like any other. They are organized alphabetically and I do have a large number of varieties and stock tokens as well as older amusement tokens. This just makes the average value a little lower. Of course I always saved the highest grade tokens I could find. I saw a very large number of duplicates. I traded many thousands of these and every one I traded was a duplicate and in lower grade than the specimen in my collection raising the value a little. I can sell them for less than 20c each and provide more description if needed.

I always traded mutual satisfaction only and will sell on the same terms. I don't want to ship things people don't want and I'll set the price low enough that I think people will want it even if it isn't exactly what they thought it was. I can split up collections if I can't sell them intact. I don't have a large library but will throw in any books related to the collection gratis. I do have a nice collection of books related to telephone tokens.

While I'm sure I have many rarities I'm nearly as sure I don't have many recognized rarities. I have a few unique and unlisted items but they are unknown. There will not be many items that will sell for high prices except to unknowledgeable people such as eBay.

Auto, telephone, JFK, bicentennial, mint set tokens, world's fair, space (not flown), and transportation (esp IN and DC) are the strongest collections since I paid up for some of these. But again nothing really valuable or of recognized scarcity.

There's just about everything. I was just about to assemble a token and medal planchet collection when I stopped in 1998.

I traded these things by the box full and kept anything I didn't already have and threw away some of the garbage. I replaced them with nice stuff I could buy in quantity cheap.

Very few collections are already sold and none of these listed. Storage costs are going up and I want them out.

I really appreciate all the interest. Tokens and medals weren't my first love but they sure have been a lot of fun. Most of these sets should probably be thought of as "starter sets". Even the thousands of food stamp tokens barely scratch the surface of all the food stamp tokens. Indiana tokens are a little deeper.

I am interested in any Civil War, Hard Times, Patriotic and Condor tokens as well as any so-called Dollars, Pan Pacific medals, other world's fair medals and our nation's first president medals.

Please give me a list, condition and prices if you have any.
