I know they are in rouge shape but I'm curious about the serial numbers on these 1$ bills,

    In a word, no.

    They’re interesting at best, and it doesn’t help that they’re in less-than-desirable condition.

    These would go nice with the coins that I suggested you give to a younger family member to help spark a new coin / currency collector.
