I’ve seen that you’ve posted this note on a different forum. I’m afraid to tell you that the opinions here won’t differ much than the opinions you’ve already been given.
I know that this is a note given to you by your grandfather, so my opinion will be the same.
The only value to the note you've posted is sentimental, which isn't a bad thing. Most of the notes I currently own are similar in the fact that I kept or have them for sentimental reasons
I would donate this one also to that young soon to be collector.
