Sorry, but expecting anyone at PCGS to admit they will not send all the 2023 pin awards is unlikely at best. Almost as unlikely as ever receiving them. Actually, even getting a paper certificate for 2024 was a surprise.

I had a 10-Year, gold, platinum, and best of pin that should have been mailed for my 2023 sets, but that never happened.

I’ve emailed about five times. Not one response. I’m based in London and the calls cost a fortune. It’s not proportionate.
Regardless, I am happy to just leave it now. Feels like I am chasing something that’s never going to happen……

No paper certs for "The Best of Registry" for 2023 and going forward.

Paper certs for 2024 Gold Award Winners only, maybe Platinum Certs and 10 year,,,,,, I didn't think to ask about those as I don't have any coming. NO pins.
