2021Lincoln cent error???

Hi all, not necessarily new to coin collecting but never been into errors, Recently found this 2021 cent, not sure if it is a die or planchet issue...I don't think it is post-mint damage as there is clearly damage under the zero in the date...any ideas? If it is a true error, is it worth sending out for grading?

Looks like damage to me. Mild acid damage.

Whether or not it's a true error, have you looked at the cost of sending it for grading?

If it's a true error, what do you estimate it's value would be?

Which of those numbers is larger?

Looks like a minor plating issue around the date and above the date area
