For a sporting event.
A while back but the Indy Speedway was primitive.

And Rillito is the local track. About a dozen racing dates a year, if they open. Nice mountain view but the plant was a dump 20 years ago.
Foxboro Stadium back in the mid 80's
boston garden was pretty bad
pee troughs
The Chicago Stadium in the 70's was kinda like being in a cave watching the Bulls...I think they may had 3 or 4 working light bulbs in the place... Although It Was Pretty Cool...
I Will Never Go To Wrigley Again...The Place Just Smells Like A Giant Piss Bowl...
The Old School Comiskey Park Picnic Area Was Awesome...
Tropicana Field in Tampa was my worst - that was like 15 years ago and the Rays are still there.
I visited the charred remains of Comiskey for a rock festival the week after Disco Demolition Night. Nuf said about that.
Enjoy the go.
Yup, I remember those and the troughs in Fenway, pretty disgusting.
As stadium. Nationals stadium when they first went to DC. Tampa Bay Rays.
I'll get crucified for this but Fenway and Wrigley suck in terms of a nice stadium. I get all the historic appeal and think every baseball fan should go to a game there if they can, but the seats are small and uncomfortable, there's obstructed view seats. Wrigley is a little better with the newer roof top ones but other than that if youre a tall person those seats are very uncomfortable
Wisconsin 2-6 against the SEC since 2007
I think "suck" is by definition a stretch here. Yup, those seats are a bit tight, but if that's about all you got, let me show you what it does have. The history and ambience trump any negatives...at least the troughs are long gone. Keep in mind who've played there, wanna start with Babe Ruth and go from there? There is a magic in the air on a Friday night when the Yanks are in town, unbelievable atmosphere. Nice stadium?? It's a GEM like no other. I've seen Ted Williams and Mickey Mantle play there on more than one occasion, I was a little kid then, and the seats didn't bother me one bit. Read on Mr Negative...

The history of the stadium is incredible no doubt. Thats kind of the only thing that saves it though. If a stadium was built like that today people would say its terrible. Its fair if you want to call me bias since im 6;4 and just cannot sit in those seats an entire game. Its a top 2 stadium for sure for the history but its at the bottom for a lot of other things.

The Orange Bowl at the end of its run had gotten pretty run down.
I remember the NBA playoff games in May when temperature in the place was 95 degrees. The place never had air conditioning.
They found a deep monkey from the Barnum and Bailey Circus. It had to even hotter up in the rafters.
