1825 CBH Overton O-112?

Please help if it is O-112. Also, why is the 2 “not” considered an overdate?

I am seeing it as a O112. The 2 is "recut". We will see how I did when the pros come along.

It's a 112. As described by Overton, 2 is "slightly recut". Would not be an overdate then. AU55-ish detail, but surfaces look problematic with some damage.
