Ariel Dabbah is the lead/owner and a really nice guy. I have no idea when they will ship your coins nor could anyone else, but I can confirm that he speaks fluent English.

Dude, it'll be ok, they've got a lot of coins to ship, expect to receive it in a few weeks.

I'm BACK!!! Used to be Billet7 on the old forum.

I see they had 972 lots - Wonder if they handle that by hand - Let say 20 by day 972/20=48.6 days - Yikes.

I hope that will take them less time - All the best!

Be patient! Not every auction house is the size of Heritage or Stacks! Not everything needs to be updated instantly all of the time, imagine what is was like waiting for your auction lots 100 years ago!

I just got a response from them, they said that once they got the payment, via paypal, zelle or wire transfer, they sent the mail or package with the lot(s) that can take from 1 to 7 working days, and to get the package it can take about two weeks using Correos (I did not got any service name, so my guess is Argentina or Uruguay mail), I asked if they use FedEx but no answer for that.

Now one will get the tracking number in that period between the 1-7 days.

Thanks ELuis much appreciated!!! So far 5 days since payment so sometime next week hopefully. Do you know where they send the tracking number by any chance? I am guessing via e-mail or uploaded threw PayPal. Will wait and see.

They send the tracking number to your email on that period of 1 to 7 working days.

The two weeks is what will take the delivery.

Almost certainly not the mail if you mean the national postal service. Almost certainly a private courier. I used to take work trips down there in the early 90's for my employer and they wouldn't even use national postal service for regular mail with anything sensitive but no direct monetary value.

I did not get that info, I asked again about it in specific, hope to get a response, and will post it here.

I have got letter mail from Argentina, Chile and Peru, the old school way now for sure, but no coins.

I won one lot in their most recent auction. That's why I paid with Paypal even with an extra 6%.

At least they respond to your messages I sent 2 and never got any response. Hence my questions here.

On my second mail to them, still no response.

Per @WCC they must end up using a private courier.

    Again all the best!

How long till you got the tracking info?

No idea. I've never bought from them before.

Keep in mind, this type of auction is not eBay where the seller might ship the next day or within a few days.

    Be patient.

To clarify my prior post, I'm inferring they use a private courier. I haven't heard this directly. For the $40 I was charged on the lot I won, I wouldn't think they would send it through the national postal service unless their reputation is now completely different.

    Guys please!

Ariel is a good guy and fully reputable. Maybe he is doing all the shipping by himself without any help?

Give him a break! You will get your lots.

You understand that you're making their job harder, just be patient. Auction houses take weeks to send your stuff out. They're not going to provide you with tracking until it goes out. The more people that pepper them with questions the longer it'll take.

They're solid, I've bought from them at least four times. Always works out well.

Yes, it would take a long time if nobody buys more than one lot and nobody picks up their purchases at their office! But that seems unlikely.

I will delete this topic again I apologize had no interest in causing problems for this auction house. I trust you veterans here if you say they are a good auction house then that is what they are.

I got a response about what mail service it is used.

"We send everything via 'Correo Argentino' or 'National Postal', the only service authorized to send numismatics in the country."
