Literally almost an identical match of a 25 in the ‘more images’ of the PCGS coin verification section.
25 is incredibly generous.
This is a 15 on a GOOD day.
Sorry, the 25 they have looks almost just like this one to me. They didn’t have any lesser grade images for me to compare it to.
I recently won this one for about half what they usually sell for. The cert verification also said it was a dime. PCGS fixed it for free.
