What if this was another Al Rosen situation where they found a full case(1952 Topps) and busted it all. But BK this time. I mean these look pack fresh like SGC said. I wonder how many cards where found.
From what I read, a family member, I believe the son, found them in a drawer of his Dad's stuff. Just stacked in there apparently unsure if they were still in the wrapper.
That card has been handled more in the last few months than in the past 60 plus years.
Best case scenario for CU to get two grading fees - wow!
It's hard to believe the journey this card has been since it was found in Crosby, Minnesota.
I bet one could fly 1st class to CA and stay in a 5-star hotel cheaper than insuring a package for $2,000,000 to be shipped across the country...
It would be cool if this could be paired with some of his other game-used items and memorabilia - not sure anything of his has been valued like this rare find.
Baylor West and Chamberlain -- not a bad team, huh. Russell played harder than Wilt, he wanted to win more. Out hussled WIlt. but wilt was no doubt a true superstar. This rookie card above has to be one of the best sports cards of all-time.

just reading through this thread. I will not continue the wilt vs. russell debate here, but I think I will move it over to sports talk!
George Brett, Roger Clemens and Tommy Brady.
