Is there a 1972 DDR or have I just found a new error?

I was looking at this coin to find the DDO error which there is a little bit in the date however is a very obvious DDR I could not find this error anywhere for 1972 .if this is new what do I do? and how do I grade it ?any advice to be appreciated thank you .

First, a DDO or DDR are not errors, they are a variety, big difference.
Also what you have is worthless machine doubling that adds no value.
