Shield Nickel - Proof or UNC from photos?

Hi,
Saw this online from a European dealer and there isn't much of a different in price but I'm just curious id it's possible to tell from these photos?
If I saw it in person I could look at the rims but here I'm not sure.

    I agree business strike. Still a nice coin. Would go great in a Dansco 7070 album

    Neither. It appears to be a business strike with some wear.

    The piece in the OP is a business strike.

    Here is a Proof from the same era.

    Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals.
