MacCrimmon died suddenly on July 1, 2024 and he will be bagpiped out in style on July 11, 2024.

    I always considered him one of the best posters on the site in terms of consistently having quality posts.

    Nice guy, many years in the darkside, Mac was always consistent and sincere, my condolence's to his family.

    I didn't know him, but the good guys always shine through, and it was always easy to see Mac was one of the good ones.

    I always liked his spirited repartee and had a couple of keyboard jousts with him & again regret not being able to meet him in person. I think he could have written a book or two of his experiences....
