Looking to grade a 2005 American Eagle Gold Proof 4 Coin Set and have some ?s

Just wanted feedback from others if I should send this in to get graded? Looking for feedback?

    Unless you want to get them graded to add to an existing set of other graded coins, I would not. If you’re concerned they’re not real you can easily get them verified at your local coin and/or bullion dealer.

    There is little to no price increases to be had if the coins come back a perfect 70, or as 69’s. The difference that does exist may be eaten up by grading fees, shipping, etc… When you one day decide to sell these any reputable dealer will have no issue validating their authenticity. These are not “rare” per se.

    If you do decide to get them graded, keep the original packaging with them. It may add a few more dollars in value. The original capsules they’re in should also provide very reasonable protection over a lifetime.

    That is a nice set.
    Save it and pass it on to a young family member.
    If real, it has value.
    Let a local dealer authenticate it for you.
