Stacks Bowers payment issues

Just putting a post out there to see if anyone else has been having issues with Stacks payment recently. I have come across multiple people saying that payment with them has become extremely difficult. Anyone else?

The last time I won something, I noticed PayPal was no longer an option (even though it was still mentioned in some places). They also changed it so that there is an additional fee for using a credit card (used to be no extra fee and you could use the card for up to 2,500). Still making the actual payment wasn’t difficult.

Mailed them a check on a Monday and received my coins the following Tuesday.
I’m impressed.
Some problems I’ve had/noticed with their new system.
Payment using ACH, my items ship a week or so after payment.
CC or debit card they usually ship within a day or two of payment.
Every time I use CC or debit payment option in the website, it pops up error like the site crashes. But payment always goes through.
App payments seem the same, but only gives the CC option for me.

PayPal is an option. You have to call them and provide them with invoice number and their send you an email.

No issues paying by credit card, but it took them two and a half weeks to ship my coins.

Same… Still waiting on a coin from back in August…
SB site does has some issues. Today I can pay with my phone but can't find the invoice from the site (so I can't pay from the site). Can you believe this? I guess the phone version is better than the computer version of the site. Also I can't delete one of my credit card from the profile both in phone and computer vision.
