    XF45, if it had enough luster I could see it in a 50 holder but I love it as an XF45.

    I'll venture 53 as no objectionable marks, some lustre around devices under the toning with very nice rims (I like to look here as well since they are relatively broad and obviously flat - subject to hits and damage...The field to right of bust is a bit wonky but maybe some planchet issues?? I suspect head, talons & wings on reverse as well as Lib's curls to obverse victims of soft striking & bit of friction on top of that.

    I’ll go with 45. The obverse looks 50-55ish while the reverse brings the grade down with the wear on the head, wings, and talons.

    Don't see much luster in the photo so would say XF45.
    But if there is some luster that is not showing in the photo, then I would say AU53.

    I've never submitted to CACG, but from what I've seen online, they seem to be fair with numeric grading. I tend to agree with their grades, but the big problem I see is that they give details grades to coins that don't deserve it.

    Forget the number grade, that coin looks original and beautiful regardless of number and would look great in any collection. I’d give it a 50 but can easily see it higher.

    XF45. A really nice clean coin. The reverse seems a little worn. Tiny rim nick at 9:00 on the obverse.
