2023 Proof and Mint Sets

The 2023 proof and mint sets are now active as of this morning.
I would like to give a special thanks to Emilio for his extreme diligence in getting these sets put together and actvating them in such a short time.
I had contacted him yesterday and explained the urgency in getting these sets up and running prior to the award program closer on the 28th. He worked his butt off to make sure that these sets would be included in the 2024 set awards.
