The 1999 Lincoln seems to have a grease-filled die. Is it an "error"? Technically, yes, but it's not usually considered a major or valuable error. The staining isn't helping the value any.

The 1971 Jefferson seems to be merely worn. I'm seeing some signs - particularly in the gap between WE and TRUST - that the rim has been pushed up and bent over, indicating a likely dryer coin. Is it an "error"? No.

Waste no more time arguing what a good man should be. Be one.
