I don't use collective coin so this might be out of date also. I see this as a possible email:
support@collectivecoin.com

And if that doesn't work one might try the Stacks email since they acquired it.
info@stacksbowers.com

The site might be doing some maintenance at this time which can slow thing down or sometimes even make them not accessible for a period of time.
