I would say it got an MS-65. I was thinking MS-66 when I saw the obverse, but reverse pulls it down, which is unusual. The reverse is almost always better than the obverse. It may of gotten an MS64+. The reverse really is an MS-64.
Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?
I am in line with @BillJones thinking. My opinion was higher based on the obverse but the reverse was not what I expected. Could be the angle of the coin in the photo though. I'll go 65 based on the pics.

There was a time when MS67/63 was a legit grade and this coin might qualify. Wasn't it ANACS that used the split grade for a while?
ANACS used the split grade when they were issuing photo certificates. They went to a single grade when they started using slabs.

Reed mark behind Liberty’s head, hit above eagle and on eagle’s breast and wings limit it. 63/64. Obverse really nice but for the reed mark.
My guess is 63.

Obverse looks like a 65 but reverse a 62/63 at best. Maybe 64.
Obverse looks 65... that hit on the eagle's breast and a little chatter on the reverse limits it to 64... nice looking coin.

Guess The Grade is a common game around here. Although we usually get the answer eventually.

There's no way that coin is in a holder below MS65.

Maybe @Mick999 can enlighten us on the grade

Reverse holds it back, 64 to me. Likely in a 63 old PCGS slab.
