I remember last year, I believe on his website he offered access to many coin books in pdf format. Did he remove that or relocate it?

I can see some potential copyright issues there if arrangements weren't made with the owners of the copyrights.
LSCC has all the seated book on line.
You can also check the NNP for the books you're looking for.

These appear to be provided through the Newman Portal. I wonder if they could offer additional titles this way.
Most of those appear to be in the forum Resources thread (in the OP) and if so they are linked to the NNP (as noted above). There are other non_DL books there also.
