Clipped Quarter?

Hi Collectors,
I’m perplexed by a quarter I received in change from a McDonalds drive thru. I feel the quarter is damaged (post mint), but I’m not 100% certain. There is a clip/cud on the obverse and what looks like clip/extra material on the reverse, with an imprint of an extra Eagle (head and neck). There is also reeding on the clipped edge. In all, I’m not sure how all of this together is possible on one coin. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Ugh. Looks like I forgot to attach my pictures.
Sorry to say your coin has suffered severe post-minting damage.
If your quarter was a train, it would be a train wreck.
excellent parking lot material, spend it
Thanks for asking.
Post Mint Damage.
Spend it.

Damaged junk.
Road Kill Quarter. Still worth spending or leave it for a tip if you have really poor service

Can’t be a clip if it shows a rim and the reeding. On a clip these would be missing.
Just a damaged quarter from having the rim flattened.
Thank you everyone!
You were absolutely headed and looking in the right direction with that quarter. Most of us would have taken a double take/look at that coin. Good pictures. 👍
