No, it's a Liberty Stamped Twice. It says it right there.

Could you describe what you think a die clash is?
It's Friday night, here we go.......
There's a full moon somewhere. 😂

A die clash is when the dies come together hard and the obverse and reverse stamp elements on each other. So a clashed die would show things from the reverse on the obverse and vice versa.
Having two "Liberty" on the coin would suggest a double strike. However, you would see two of everything, not just Liberty.
It also appears that the second Liberty is incuse rather than raised which suggests someone was messing around and stamped it on later.
You can find numerous online references for errors and varieties if your are interested. Most have little value, but many people find them interesting.
Good luck.
If you would remove the cent from its 2x2 when shooting photos, it would be
much clearer with no glare. This would help with us seeing what you are seeing.
Can we see a picture of the reverse?
Thanks

Kennedys are my quest...
It looks like damage from another coin being hammered into it, after it left the Mint.
