I just got this first year example Liberty Half Eagle
Some argue it’s a one off like the booby head EAC , in that case it would meet both of the OP criteria.
I don’t think PCGS recognizes it as a type though, and even if so I don’t know if it would straight grade with the Cowboy bite mark in it… but it was not too much over melt so I’m happy to have this example.
