    The U.S. mint is producing a series of quarters honoring various prominent women. Sounds like you might have one of those. It's not worth more than a quarter and there are quite a few different quarter designs presently in circulation.

    Collector and dealer in obsolete currency. Always buying all obsolete bank notes and scrip.

    Well, I found 1/2 of a quarter and 1/2 of an Afro-Cuban woman. What country does it come from?
