This one might be a little tricky.
I say that as a hint.

Very hard to tell from pictures, but
65* due to proof-like obverse and NGC holder.

64/65 star, to bad the reverse wasn't like the obverse then we're talking full blown dmpl.

I am not a GTG type but when I saw this one I said to myself, I have one of those. Of course that is if it is what I think it is. If so, then I have seen several through the years. They are neat looking. I have never tried to do a VAM on it but I kind of think they may be from one die pair. I think I matched up a couple of die polish lines on the reverse to mine but not 100% about that. Nice one.

The prongs are at a different angle on the Reverse shot vs. the obverse shot, hiding the reverse DMPL.
Or could it just be highlighting the obverse details. Hmmm.

Looks at least 65, maybe 66 to me, dpl obverse but hard to tell if reverse will make pl or not, so I’m gonna go with 65pl.

Listen. Strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government. Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not from some farcical aquatic ceremony.

That is it. What I would have expected as far as no PL as the others I recall were graded MS (no PL). The reverses have a semi-PL look. Of course as the dies wear the obverse DMPL starts to go and then no more. I remember seeing this 68+ and see it is back on CF (in a registry). It is one those odd ones with two different TV. If you look on the reverse in the 9 o/c field and below, inside the wreath are two vertical die polish lines. They also show on the OP coin. If I tilt it just right I find them on mine but there are a lot lot more depending on tilt. It is all a matter of light angle. On mine the obverse die polish lines (shown in the one TV below) I can't see without magnification and then tilted just right. Anyway I bet the OP coin has that same grab you look with the one sided dmpl.

EDIT to clarify: Below is the 68+ but two different TV. (Not mine :| )

I edited the above post to clarify. That is the 68+ and it has two TV. Not my coin. I have a 67.

Just got a notice while typing and see mattniss noted it above. :)
