My initial reaction was 68 from the still pic. Couldn't get the video to load on my slow computer but since you mentioned "good luck" and I can't tell if that vertical line in the left field is merely toning or a streak, I would say details but will go with 65.
I could not get your mycollect video to load either, maybe you have to be a member there to see it. The spot on the wing bothers me but clearly did not the TPG or JA from your comment, still I'm at PF64 knowing that is likely much lower than the TPG grade.
I feel the grade is accurate, and without the reverse spot, it would have a shot at 68 (the spot is a factor that keeps it at a nice 67 without a doubt). The obverse is about as hairline free as I've ever seen.

Nice looking proof, but I can't guess the grade.

Nice coin. I am getting a sense that you are questioning the grade. Could it say PR65 on the holder?

I'm sure I'm reading too much into this but your "good luck" comment makes me want to try an off the wall guess.

Possible that NGC mistakenly graded it MS.

Grading Proofs from images is a crap shoot, but looks nice enough to garner a 66

I'm happy with the grade on the holder, and so is CAC. That should help you guys out a little.

Never a slave to one plastic brand will I ever be.
Since that’s the case that would mean NGC didn’t make the MS error. I’ll change my guess from MS67 to PF67.

Alright, here is the reveal.
The grade of this coin is: PF67 CAC.
