I just got these two back from our hosts and was pleased with them as they were gotten "raw" from across the Pond:

What a lovely pair of coins!

A couple of very nice coins. I really like the look of that quarter.
Both are quite nice. Congrats on your new acquisitions.
Appear to have a nice good look to them and 'raw from across the pond'.

Both of them... beautiful.

What did our host say about them?
They look pretty awesome to me, just curious!
The '05 O went MS 64 and the '72 S went MS 63. The prominences don't appear to have wear but rather contact toning - my eyes went right to Miss Liberty's gown and thigh/leg & face. Both actually have some really nice luster under the surface toning & fresh not apparently cleaned.

Nice!
2 lovely coins that escaped the dip jar and the jeweler's cloth!
I didn't realize there were that many quality US coins in Europe.
Nice results- wonderful coins

The really good pieces are WAAAAAY past my budget. Who was that Lord somebody that toured the USA in the late 1700s and had all the 1794 and 1795 coins?
I also got a RAW 1909 S VDB that later slabbed out as MS64RB at our hosts..Howeve I have gotten some that came back "cleaned" because even over there they can not resist "improvements".

FYI: the 1872 S Half was raw and graded by the owner "about Extremely Fine". Wished he'd had more coins....

Beautiful coins, both. Congrats.
I had dealings with a French seller many years ago on Indian Cents. Great honest seller. Bought many raw coins from him and never wanted to return a coin.
