Happy 292nd Birthday! Born Feb. 11,1732 (Julian) or Feb. 22, 1732 (Gregorian). The Julian calendar was in use in the British American colonies in 1732.

I’m impressed. Extremely few people who don’t share Washington’s birthday, as I do, (2/22), are aware of this. Heck, I’d bet that most who DO share his birthday don’t know it either! History is all in the details.

The "call it" coin no British soldier wants to see... A double serving of George! Heads you lose, tails you lose.

    Nor any Hessian mercenary!!!

Beautiful coins @P0CKETCHANGE! I think you and I are going in opposite directions. You're keeping slabs and I'm breaking them out. 🤣 😉 👍🏻

A man after me own heart. Crack those babies into a nice Dansco. Old school and awesome!

Having fun while switching things up and focusing on a next level PCGS slabbed 1950+ type set, while still looking for great examples for the 7070.
