What is the black mark at the tip of the Eagles wing?
It's a black mark.
@BLUEJAYWAY Sorry, I just couldn't resist.
It's a carbon streak in the planchet.
Picture is kind of shadowy but I’d say 64

I’d say 64.
Looks like a lot of 65's I have seen in pictures.

This is my first purchase for the new year, I have not been buying as much.
I bought the holder on this one.
It's a "Rattler" in perfect shape, not a scuff anywhere, just like the day it left PCGS.
And it was too cheap to pass up.

I am also at 64, I think there is just enough chatter to preclude a gem grade in the rattler days, maybe in todays grading room.

Send it in for regrade, it's definitely good for a 64+ but most likely a 65.
I bought it for the holder.
I don't crack rattlers.
I like it where it is. I think it's worth a premium in the rattler. This looks to be very fresh and not one of the rattler that's been changing hands for a while.

Yeah keep it in the rattler. Personally I think it is accurately graded. On the obverse there are marks on the cheek and some action in the fields while the reverse, which is more typically fairly clean, has some marks to the right of the wing and in the IGWT area.
Nice pickup and glad you're keeping it as is! I can't crack rattler's either along with old ANACS, PCI green, PCI red, fatties, and a whole list of others.

Looks very close to gem, somewhat better date.
I agree with the holder, looks like a textbook example of a 64 to me.
