If the minimum grade is not met just ask PSA to grade it authentic ?

That's a very good inquiry. I have some cards in that situation. Don't know the answer.

As taken from the PSA site:

*Please note that the Minimum Grade (MG) option is only available on select service levels. If the option is available, the field to enter your MG will appear when filling out your submission form via the Online Submission Center.

No, I don’t think so.

I think the deal with minimum grade service is that if the card meets the grade you select (or higher) then the card gets holdered and anything lower is returned to you raw.

Just to be clear, you are charged fully, regardless of the outcome.
