It looks like a nice, frosty coin. As soon as I saw the obverse I thought "1954-S" since the blast of frost in combination with the somewhat mushy surfaces is so common on the S-mint issues from this era. I think the coins can look outstanding like that.

No need to guess the grade - it's PCGS MS65 CAC, purchased tonight off of eBay.
Guess the grades can be fun, when the OP isn't using the guesses as an excuse to return or cancel a recent purchase (as has happened in the recent past with this OP). By his own admission, the OP has no qualms about asking a seller to cancel an order for any reason (which he could easily do tonight, as the coin has obviously not yet shipped).
At least now if he does cancel it, it will be on him, and no participants have been unwittingly tricked into taking money out of a dealer's pocket (not to mention wasting the dealer's time)...

Insult me as much as you like - anyone who cares to can simply look at your record of posts. My concern is that I've seen how you've used and misused feedback already. You used the feedback you received on the 1940-D nickel to cancel the purchase before you'd even received it. After the blowback, you promised you'd never ask for feedback on a coin again before buying and receiving it, and yet here we are. It's the 1940-D nickel all over again...

You’re out of order, blowing things out of proportion. All these coins I purchased were received and most I have and can post as proof that I legitimately buy coins and keep them not wasting dealers time.
Wow. That went downhill fast. That’s why some lurk more than they post. Count me in that group.
Walkerlover, this is the last post you made in the 1940-D MS67 Nickel thread:

I think you and several others did their best to help but it just isn't clicking. Sometimes that happens and there is nothing more that can be done.
Like I said previously I won’t post a coin before buying and receiving it, that was the only real issue
Although you stated, "I won't post a coin before buying and receiving it..." you apparently are posting this Franklin before receiving it.
Whatever rules you decide to govern yourself under and post here as doing so, please then follow.

Okay fine it’s being nitpicking. No sense to keep the thread now. I will delete it. But I am a legitimate EBay buyer I have posted all my purchases mostly keeping them all
Following the Jefferson thread debacle he has also purchased and posted the 38-D Buffalo before receiving it. I know this because he erroneously included the tracking # for that Buffalo in his screenshots above.
So this, this Franklin, is the second time within two weeks that he’s reneged on his vow to not post prior to receipt.
On the contrary, Google is not your friend.
Honestly and this is the truth I forgot about the before receiving part of my promise out of enthusiasm over purchasing and wanting to share with you all. The Buffalo 🦬 is being shipped as you can all see so I will check it in hand. The Franklin is also being shipped tomorrow and I will check in hand. Maybe I will update at a later time. BUT I AM NOT CANCELLING ANYTHING I PURCHASE BEFORE BEING SHIPPED OUT. So I am not TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ANY SELLERS.
I have 100% POSITIVE RATING BOTH BUYING AND SELLING. YOU CAN SEE MY EBAY ID. I AM NOT HIDING ANYTHING. IF YOU THINK I DID SOMETHING WRONG COMPLAIN TO EBAY.
I think IkeT should be more concerned with the EBay scammers Counterfeiting and super overpriced sellers. Spend more time on them and less obsessing on 1 mistake with the NGC Jefferson I made.
By changing the title to your thread to DELETED, you are just attracting more attention to your thread. It looks like you are having second thoughts on a recent purchase and are looking for some opinions from other forum members. I don't think your actions are quite as nefarious as others here are claiming.

Not at all nefarious. This goes back to a previous thread a few weeks ago that got blown out of proportion. I am okay with my last 2 recent purchases but like anyone else I will reserve judgement till I receive the coins in hand.
"honestly and this is the truth" 😄😄
You can't leave negative feedback for buyers. And so any cancelation abuse or other abnormalities wouldn't be reflected in your feedback
That said, I'm not sure why everyone had their panties in a bunch. You posted a coin that's in the mail. So what?
For the record, as a seller I would prefer you cancel before it shipped out. I'm out nothing then. If you receive it and then return it, I'm out shipping costs.
If you are in the habit of canceling or returning coins, perhaps you shouldn't be using eBay or other sight unseen services. At the very least, you should reimburse the seller for shipping costs.

Obviously, in-hand viewing of a coin is preferred but if the seller shows quality high resolution pics taken under good lighting, is it truly a "sight unseen" purchase? I remember the bad old days before the internet and third-party grading when all coins were raw and truly sight unseen. The vast majority of mail order purchases were made from the dealer's written description. I wasted a lot of money returning over graded and problem coins.

I don't know. Something is leading him to cancel/return coins.
It might be what is called "buyer's remorse" but who knows?
