Bills/Steelers

Later today the Bills and Steelers will be playing. Here in N.E. TN my only option to watch the game is basically pay per view. Someone told me that in the Buffalo area it would be free. Is this the case?

According to the NFL site, the game is supposed to be carried by the CBS affiliates.

Wow that's great. I guess the 3 confirmed Steelers fans and the 4 Bills fans can watch for free.

They should have played in the snow yesterday

With a driving ban going on, how would they have gotten to the stadium? Walk?

The only reason I was understanding of the move is the Governor declared a state of emergency and a travel ban so they had no choice.

But if there was no travel ban I would have called BS on the move

    Bills up 14-0 already.

I hadn't thought of this until right now, but I wonder if the hassle, waiting around, etc, that the Steelers team must have went through with all this snow, etc, being the visiting team, while the Bills players were snuggled warm in their homes, nice and relaxed, has anything to do with the score?

    Probably my imagination. 🤔

Jose Allen just ran for 52 yards. Looks like Pittsburgh is headed for an early exit.

Buffalo looks good, and Allen is firing off on all cylinders

I was impressed with that long TD run, he kicked it into a second gear on that one

    Now 21-0

Thinking about it even a bit more, road teams usually get 3 automatic points in the spread due to various circumstances, crowd noise, etc. But that has to include the hassle of travel.

I gotta believe that the confusion, lack of sleep, altered focus, and other factors involved in this snow delay, may have affected the play of the Steelers.

Would have been a heckuva betting angle to have figured this out ahead of time. But that's why I don't bet on sports, because I ain't smart enough to figure it out ahead of time. 😆

21-7 I like both teams but taking for Buffalo. I hope Tampa Bay beats Philly this evening.

    31-17

This game was over before it started, Pittsburgh has no business even being in the playoffs

Still made me sweat more than I should have. Not quite heart attack but definitely Kardiac. KC comes to Buffalo after 5 straight in KC and Mahomes first ever road playoff game. Hopefully they leave the Kansas City referees at home
